Founded by Yrjö Ylianttila in 1973, this third-generation family HVAC company is led by his grandson Ville. It installs, maintains and renovates plumbing for houses, apartment buildings and businesses. Water pipe renovations include Uponor KOTI systems, and Jäspi heat pumps are sold and installed as turnkey projects.
Services cover heat-recovery ventilation unit replacement, duct cleaning and adjustment, and main contracting for heating and plumbing renovations in housing companies and commercial properties. Mobile service vans travel widely across Lapland, including remote fell areas. Customers can request an HVAC condition inspection and a written water damage prevention guide.
