This taqueria specialises in handmade tacos and other authentic Mexican dishes. It is named after Mexico's Yucatán peninsula, which inspires the food, drinks, decor and atmosphere. The menu has tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, an El Guiso bowl, starters and churros, and many dishes are vegetarian or vegan. Gluten-free and lactose-free choices are marked. Drinks include Mexican cocktails made with tequila and mezcal, plus non-alcoholic beers and Mexican sodas. The owners, Juha and Elisa, recruited cooks from Yucatán for the opening.
A lunch menu is served on weekdays from 11 to 14, with a Taco Tuesday special afterwards. The children's menu has smaller portions. There are about 25 seats, and overflow can be served at sister venue Cafe & Bar 21 next door. Tables can be booked. The seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible, but the entrance and parking are not, and there is no hearing loop.
