The practice offers psychodynamic psychotherapy, which focuses on feelings, thoughts and relationships, and on past experiences behind current symptoms. The aim is to reduce symptoms, increase self-knowledge, strengthen personal resources and support long-term psychological wellbeing. Psychodynamic treatment is usually long-term, typically lasting 2 to 4 years in total.
The therapist trained as a social worker (bachelor's level) and holds a master's degree in social work. She is a member of the Finnish Rehabilitation Entrepreneurs association and keeps her skills current through regular clinical supervision and continuing education.
