The construction company handles new builds, repairs, tourism projects and commercial renovations in Lapland and Northern Finland. It began as a surface treatment and renovation business in the mid-1990s and has over 30 years of industry experience, with around 30 employees.
For commercial renovations it acts as main contractor, covering structural, electrical and HVAC work. Housing companies and public premises can commission renovations, improvements and refurbishments. Tourism projects include Nova Skyland Hotel at the Arctic Circle.
