Founded in 1988, the renovation contractor repairs water damage and concealed-plinth structures and renovates bathrooms, kitchens and apartments. Commercial projects include offices, shops, hotels and restaurant kitchens. Glass-roofed igloos are also sold ready-made or built to order.
As main contractor, the company uses long-standing partners for building services, drying and specialist work. Around 20 staff include carpenters, tilers, painters and builders. Ville Peteri has run the business since 2015. It received RALA quality certification in 2022 and serves clients across Lapland.
