Founded in 1978 and registered in 1979, the visual arts association develops art practice through training, painting courses and exhibitions. Members work in painting, photography, printmaking and ceramics.
Annual activities include a summer painting course, group exhibitions and study trips to exhibitions and galleries. Course topics include watercolour, oil painting and portraits. Exhibitions have been held in Lapland and abroad.
