Founded in 1988, the amateur theatre association stages summer plays in an old manor setting. Productions include comedies, classics, musical plays and family performances, with local amateurs working under professional direction.
The theatre building was completed in 1982. In winter the association produces smaller shows and sketches at other venues, and can perform at company and association events. Children's theatre activities cater for ages two to six. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
