This family-run organic farm, held by the same family for 400 years, offers stays in a log barn, guest room and former grain store. Breakfast includes the farm's organic oat porridge and bread baked by the hostess. Sheep maintain traditional landscapes, the forests are FSC-certified, and heating uses wood chips from its own forest.
A lakeside sauna is used in summer and a wood-heated sauna in winter; there is also a smoke sauna. Pets are allowed, and the farm has a dog and cats. Guests can borrow a boat and ask for tips for Helvetinjärvi National Park. Small meetings and celebrations can be arranged. The farm belongs to ECEAT Finland and uses EKOenergy.
