The national adult education and cultural non-profit supports civic participation, creativity and rural vitality through art and environmental awareness. It acts as a training partner for 12 member organisations and arranges exhibitions and events featuring Finnish outsider art, known as ITE art.
Association boards and volunteers can access in-person and online courses on running associations and board work. Other services include professional supervision, workplace wellbeing support, trainer skills and workshop facilitation. A resource bank contains guides, art books, videos, reports, training materials and podcasts.
