This is an ICT in-house company owned by municipalities, joint municipal authorities and wellbeing services counties in northern Finland, serving the region from Vaala to Utsjoki. It was founded over 20 years ago and has about 150 experts and about 50 partners. Its services include data network connections, server environments, systems and applications, and lifecycle management of end-user devices.
Consulting and specialist services cover procurement, data-driven management, records management, enterprise architecture, data protection and information security. The main customers are the owner municipalities, where the services support healthcare, culture, early childhood education and municipal infrastructure, among others. It also works with other public-sector organisations such as the Lapland Wellbeing Services County and Lapland University of Applied Sciences. There are several service locations in northern Finland.
