Massage and bodywork use movement-based approaches and techniques selected for each client. Options include sports and pregnancy massage, fascia work, lymph drainage, Alexander technique, taping, GuaSha and mental coaching. Three different treatment tables are available.
Appointments are booked by phone, including possible evening and weekend sessions. Smartum and Epassi are accepted. Gift cards are sold.
