This leadership consultancy is run by Annu (Anne-Liisa) Palmu, an entrepreneur since 2006 who focuses on conscious, people-centred leadership. It offers mentoring, coaching and supervision for managers, leaders and management teams, as well as individual and group training. Mentoring and coaching can be delivered in Finnish or English, and confidentiality is a starting point of the work.
Palmu worked at Nokia Mobile Phones' business group as a lawyer and legal director from 1988 to 2005. She holds a Doctor of Laws degree and works as a leadership trainer and non-fiction author. Her book Nokia-vuodet, mitä johtamisesta voi oppia (2009) draws leadership lessons from her Nokia years, and Rakasta itseäsi, löydä sydämesi viisaus ja voima (2014) is about self-leadership and self-love.
