This multi-purpose business and event centre occupies the former Salora electronics factory, where televisions and monitors were made until 2000. The building was renovated after 2010 and reopened in 2011, and a large rooftop solar power plant supplies it with energy. Office and commercial premises are for rent, along with meeting and event rooms for 10 to 400 people. Tenants include wellness, technology, culture, accounting and advertising firms, plus an electronics museum.
On site are Salora Gym, the Enko Padel padel and badminton hall and the Rata 57 bowling alley. Teatteri Provinssi performs in Astrum Areena. Rooms are available at the self-service Hotelli Salora, and the Mama's restaurant serves lunch and catering. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
