The shopping centre opened in September 1992, and an extension followed in October 2006. Under one roof are over 40 specialty shops, restaurants and cafés covering fashion, beauty, health and wellness services, and food. An S-market supermarket is in the same building, and services include Mehiläinen clinics, dentists, acupuncture and massage. It is owned by Elo and Suur-Seudun Osuuskauppa.
There are about 750 parking spaces, around 250 of them heated, and electric car charging is available. Parking is free for up to four hours in the heated car park or the covered parking building, with entrances on Mariankatu, Annankatu and Asemakatu. Events include a Christmas market and a children's flea market for under-18s. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and wheelchairs can be hired.
