Run by a local MIELI mental health association, the crisis centre provides short-term conversation support for life crises and difficult situations. No referral is needed, and visits can be anonymous. People may attend alone, with a partner or other relative, or as a family.
Video and telephone appointments are available, and booking is recommended. Activities also include group support, wellbeing events and mental health literacy training. The association offers volunteering opportunities. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible toilet.
You can share your experience of using the service on Suomi Guide to help others considering conversation support.
