It rents ready-to-use and tailored offices, coworking areas and about 10,000 m² of production space. Development facilities include a laboratory, EMC measurement equipment, RF-shielded rooms and antenna chambers. Three buildings hold about 2,000 m² of TIER II and TIER III data-centre space.
Office packages include parking, reception, cleaning and shared areas. Coworking memberships range from a day to longer periods. Merikaari hall and a restaurant serve events; sauna rooms and a children's Lego room are also available. The entrance, toilet and parking are accessible.
