The day care centre was built in 1992 and has space for three groups of children. Besides the group rooms, it has a gym hall and a water play room, a small-group room, a home play room and a library room.
It follows the city's early childhood education plan and also serves as backup day care for family day care. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
