Branch 345 is a local branch of the Teollisuusliitto industrial trade union. It was founded in 1945 as the Tyrvää Metal Workers' trade union branch, and its early members came from the Vammas factory, the Vammala Engine Works and the Fennia Faneri repair shop. At first it belonged to the Metal Workers' Union and later to the Iron, Mining and Engineering Workers' union.
The branch holds member and board meetings, though attendance has declined since the early decades. It publishes local news and course brochures, and its website has a trade union representative candidacy form. It is active on Facebook, Instagram and Bluesky.
