Founded in 2016 and owned by Finnish shareholders, the manufacturer designs and builds rifles for military, reservist and sport shooting use. Products include the modular KAR-21 and MERC Gen2 long-range precision rifle. Most manufactured firearms are exported.
Maintenance and genuine spare parts are available for KAR-21, MERC Gen2 and JJ rifles. Production of JJ models ended in 2024, while maintenance services continue.
