The hotel and its caravan and camping area stand on the shore of Lake Kuolimo in South Karelia. The manor estate dates back to the 1600s, and its 1906 main building is protected under building preservation law. The hall hosts family events, company events and meetings, and there are meeting rooms and well-being and team-day packages with restaurant service. The Europaeus museum on the grounds opens by appointment only. The place is owned by the municipality and run by entrepreneur Tommi Naakka.
The hotel and the caravan area, completed in 2022, are open year-round, and pets are welcome. The shore has three or four saunas, including a smoke sauna and a traditional sauna with an ice hole. There are also two escape-game rooms, padel courts and a hunting and shooting simulator, and canoes, SUP boards and minigolf are available. Hiking and cycling routes are nearby. The restaurant opens for groups by booking, even outside regular hours.
