A former general store building in the Partakoski area, on the Saimaa waterway, now houses a restaurant serving pizza. The same site has boat jetties and fuel refuelling, so it serves people travelling by boat. The history of the area reaches back over a century, and in the 1750s the rapids were used as a power source for mills.
The sauna is aimed at boaters, tourists and locals, and it is offered by the hour. Bookings can be made through the website. An accessible toilet is available.
