Owned by forest owners, the association provides forest management and timber sales services. Work includes regeneration, sapling care, fertilisation, forest roads and peatland forest management. Local forestry professionals can seek competing bids from timber buyers on the owner's behalf.
Services also cover forest plans, valuations, tax reporting and succession planning, plus advice on environmental support and certification. Members have access to the OmaMetsä digital forest service.
