Wholly owned by the city, the company owns, manages, develops and rents business premises. Its 18 properties contain about 33,000 m² of office, production, retail and warehouse space, occupied by around a hundred companies and organisations from different sectors.
Businesses can rent ready premises, have existing spaces adapted or commission premises for their needs. The company works with municipal business services and also manages construction projects at Noheva technology park.
