The provider operates in over 80 municipalities, and its services include home care, personal assistance, support services, household help and cleaning. For businesses it offers office, staircase, property and shop cleaning, plus sick-child care for employees' children as a tax-free employee benefit. It holds an ISO 9001 quality certificate and the Finnish Work Avainlippu label, and publishes unit-level quality and self-monitoring results online.
Services can be paid for with a service voucher (palveluseteli) and qualify for the household tax deduction. The aim is to start help within 12 to 72 hours of contact. Cleaning equipment and agents are supplied, and the products are ecological and allergy-friendly (Ekokompassi programme).
