The three-storey retail and office building covers about 13,000 m². An extension in 2011 added 1,500 m² of retail space and 700 m² of offices. The second floor's 2,000 m² retail area was renovated in 2013.
REPO Yhtiöt owns and manages the property. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
