Operating for over 30 years, the group offers rental housing for older people, disabled residents and people with special support needs. Its ten properties contain around 275 rental apartments. Hoivakoti Jooseppi and Palvelutalo Rosina provide around 65 service apartments and enhanced assisted living.
The care and service homes are designed to be barrier-free, with an emphasis on resident-centred work. Subsidiary Savotek Oy provides property maintenance, cleaning and building technology services.
