This non-profit association promotes sport and physical activity. It rents out event equipment such as tents, stages, canopies, benches and tables. It also runs ESR+ funded projects for unemployed or laid-off people, focused on wellbeing and return to work, including group activities in nature for the long-term unemployed.
Since 2000 the association has provided supported employment through wage subsidies, work trials and rehabilitative work activity. Its annual general meeting is held at Järjestötalo Kolomo. Updates on the Aholahti cross-country ski trail have been discontinued.
