The professional theatre traces its roots to a workers' theatre founded in 1914. Its programme includes plays, concerts and musical productions, including children's shows and opera.
Tickets, gift cards and theatre packages are sold online. Group and company bookings must be confirmed at least three weeks before the performance. Group tickets are emailed as a PDF or collected from ticket sales. A season brochure and newsletter provide programme information.
