Founded in 2014, the legal office specialises in family and estate law, including estate inventories, inheritance divisions, marital property division, wills, powers of attorney and prenuptial agreements. It also prepares sales and gift deeds and contracts. Partner Annina Rantalahti is a public certifier of property transfers and gained a law degree in Tallinn in 2020.
Clients receive help dealing with the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, National Land Survey, district court and Tax Administration. Remote service is offered throughout Finland alongside local appointments, and home visits are possible. Service is available in Finnish and English.
