The pub is in the Citypiha shopping centre, opposite the railway station. There is karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays and a quiz night on Tuesdays. It has RAY slot machines and interactive darts, and summer terraces open for outdoor drinks. Downstairs, Galaxie Sports & Billiards has eight billiard tables, a snooker table, table curling and darts, and runs beginner-friendly billiard courses.
Draught and bottled beer, cider, long drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are served. Galaxie customers are served at the Pub Wäinö bar. It suits company events, parties and Christmas parties, and groups can book karaoke or billiard tables. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
