Qualified in 2018, the trained massage therapist specialises in sports massage and has taught massage since 2023. Techniques include transverse friction, trigger-point work and mobilising massage.
Appointments take place at the Fysio Fix physiotherapy clinic. The intensity and technique are adjusted to individual needs, from gentler sessions to firmer work. Clients of all ages and sporting backgrounds are welcome. Booking is available online.
