Founded in 2015 by two building health specialists, the independent consultancy surveys building condition, indoor air and mould, and performs pre-purchase inspections. Services include mould detection dog surveys, microbial sampling and energy certificates.
Housing companies can commission condition assessments with long-term maintenance plans, and detached houses have an annual inspection option. Construction, renovation and damage repair supervision and project management are also offered. Reports are available in Finnish and Swedish. The service area covers Ostrobothnia, South Ostrobothnia and Åland.
