The shop's range includes bouquets, arrangements, potted flowering and green plants, wreaths and funeral flowers. It also sells cards, gift items and condolence cards. Flowers are delivered for family celebrations such as confirmations, graduations, christenings and milestone birthdays.
Online orders go through the eKukka network of over 500 flower shops, and eKukka gift cards can be used at any of them. Orders are delivered on the chosen day, but in winter delivery moves to the next day if the recipient cannot be reached. A customer loyalty membership is available, and the website works in Finnish, Swedish and English. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
