Founded by Jari Hautamäki in 2007, the company provides professional supervision, psychotherapy, coaching and training for individuals, businesses and organisations. Subjects include leadership, workplace community development and lifestyle coaching.
Services are delivered across Finland and remotely, with a focus on Southern Ostrobothnia and Uusimaa. An initial assessment starts the collaboration. The main provider works with three or four experienced specialists, assembling a team to suit the client.
