The sauna and meeting venue at the top of the Marttila tower has a living room, kitchen, large balcony, two toilets and a washroom with two showers. The sauna holds about four people. Indoors are around 30 seats, four sofas and a dining table for eight. Total capacity is 35 without the balcony and 50 when it is in use.
Uses include hen parties, baby showers, confirmation and graduation parties and farewells. Guests may bring their own food and drinks. The balcony has furniture for ten and two sun loungers. Take the lift to level seven, then one flight of stairs to level eight. Longer parking is available in marked areas nearby, and the venue can be booked online.
