The badminton hall is operated alongside a bowling centre as part of a wider sports and entertainment service. The facilities include bowling and glow bowling, billiards, snooker, squash, racketball, a members' access-card gym and a solarium.
Sessions can be booked online, and racket restringing is available. The bowling centre has a licensed café-bar where customers can also play darts. Group recreation and workplace wellbeing days can be arranged. The centre is wheelchair accessible except for the gym and has an accessible toilet.
