This national organisation advocates for the rights and equal opportunities of deaf people and sign language users in Finland and internationally. It advises authorities, employers and educational institutions on deafness and sign language.
Families can take part in courses, while young people have camps and other activities. Online resources include sign language audiovisual content, a library and dictionaries of Finnish and Finland-Swedish sign languages. Sign language courses are also offered through a folk high school.
Share your experience of the organisation's advice or activities below to help other sign language users.
