The office serves a former psychiatric hospital site where hospital operations began in 1923. The roughly 20-hectare grounds contain historical buildings, gardens and woodland, with over 300 businesses and organisations. Facilities include a lunch restaurant, theatre, hostel and hospital museum.
Single workrooms and larger premises are available to rent, along with Seurala hall for up to 120 people. The hostel can be booked for an entire group, and six furnished terraced homes offer short-term accommodation. The site can be reached by car, public transport, on foot or by bicycle. Accessible parking is available.
