The Järjestötalo is a shared hub for voluntary and social and health organisations, housing eight organisations and one project. The association that runs it has 57 member organisations, and the building has been a centre for associations and peer support for over 25 years. Office space is for rent, including the shared KIMPPU co-office, as well as meeting, training and sauna rooms by day, evening and weekend, with optional coffee service.
The Pelto training room has an induction loop for hearing aid users. Peer support groups of non-profit associations can meet here free of charge. The building has a lift, a shared kitchen and a common café area, and tenants get support from staff, including a client advisor, IT support and cleaning. Rooms are booked by phone or email, and cancellation terms affect any fees.
