Founded in 2001, the business centre occupies the former Harjamäki hospital grounds, where the hospital operated from 1926 to 1997. Its 12 properties provide around 22,500 m² of rentable space for approximately 70 businesses and organisations.
Offices, meeting rooms and plots are available. On-site services include home-style lunch at Ravintola Lataamo, a gym and Pilates. The centre's 55 hectares also contain shoreline trails open for public recreation and sports fields. Entry and parking are wheelchair accessible.
