Indoor air and building investigations use proficiency-tested mould detection dogs to locate moisture and mould odours without opening structures. Services also include structural openings, microbe sampling, laboratory tests, moisture and ventilation measurements and repair plans. The owner has worked in building repairs since 2002 and completed SISA indoor air specialist training in 2021.
Clients include households, businesses and housing companies across several eastern and central Finnish regions and Kainuu. Condition surveys and home-buying support can be ordered online. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
