The building is part of the Harjamäki business centre, built on the grounds of the former Harjamäki psychiatric hospital, which operated from 1926 to 1997. The business centre was founded in 2001 and includes 12 properties with about 22,500 m² of rentable space. About 70 companies and organisations operate on the site.
Shared facilities include restaurant Lataamo, serving home-style lunch daily, and wellness services for tenants: a fitness club, the Pumppaamo gym and Pilates. The centre owns 55 hectares with shoreline trails and sports fields open to public recreation. Business networking and tenant events are held in the area.
