This former school lets party and meeting rooms, tableware and furniture, and buys, sells and hires commercial kitchen equipment. Joined upstairs classrooms have 15 tables, 90 chairs and a serving kitchen with fridge, freezer and hot plate. The accessible ground-floor café/meeting room seats about 25 and has karaoke, AV equipment and internet. A gym hall measures about 10 × 7 metres.
The commercial kitchen has a range, combi oven and dishwashing line. Outside users need an induction and at least one person must hold a hygiene passport. Matching tableware serves about 125, with coffee service for about 500. Programmes and catering can be arranged. Parking is accessible.
