Vet and trainer Mira Hämäläinen provides equine dental and general healthcare in Southern Finland. Dental work includes examinations, floating, extractions, treatment of gaps between teeth and cavity filling. Alongside individual visits, regular herd health plans are offered for whole stables. Horse training uses positive reinforcement.
Treatment normally takes place at the horse's own stable within roughly a 100-kilometre service radius. Referrals for further clinic examinations are made when needed. Appointments are also offered at Hyvinkää Horse Hospital on some days. Emergency cases are handled too.
