Oscar and Anna's Highland cattle farm sells beef directly under the Laitumelta lautaselle, or Pasture to Plate, brand. Feeding is mainly based on roughage. Minced meat is purebred Highland beef, while meat products contain at least 75% Highland beef.
Customers can order custom cuts, including half or a quarter of an animal. The farm belongs to the Finnish Highland Cattle Club. Snow ploughing, sanding and snow removal are also offered locally.
