Work and individual coaching are provided through cooperation between the municipality, Lapland wellbeing services county and public employment services. Four workshops, Luontopaja, Mediapaja, Serri and Taitopaja, are led by work coaches. Goals include moving into education or employment and assessing work and functional capacity.
Participants are mainly referred by social or employment services. Coaching duration and personal goals reflect each person's situation, with support from both a work coach and an individual coach. Group coaching is arranged according to need. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
