The home bakery makes individual celebration cakes, cheesecakes and Finnish savoury sandwich cakes. The baker qualified in 2018. No industrial premixes or artificial flavourings are used. Fillings favour Finnish or self-picked berries when available, and decorative greenery is gathered from nature.
Pastries, buns, biscuits, macarons and cupcakes can also be ordered. Several products have gluten-free versions, though cross-contamination is possible. Products are lactose-free except those containing white chocolate. Orders need at least one week's notice, longer for complex decorations. Delivery may be arranged on request. Payment is by invoice, card or cash.
