The organic farm raises Irish Dexter cattle. It converted to organic production in 2018 and received its first cattle that year. Animals eat organic hay and minerals without grain or soy, and calves stay with their mothers until about six months old.
Beef has been sold directly since 2023, frozen year-round through REKO local food collections and the farm shop. Production follows direct customer demand, so supply is limited. The farm also undertakes organic crop farming and earthmoving contracting.
