The sports club runs exercise classes for children, young people and adults, from babies to seniors. It has over 400 members and around 30 instructors. It holds the Finnish Olympic Committee's Star Club quality certification, and members have performed at World Gymnaestrada in Amsterdam.
Registration is through the Hoikka online system. An adult seasonal pass covers all adult exercise classes, with group-specific passes and individual sessions also available. The parking area is wheelchair accessible.
