This recreational fishing association organises fishing competitions, including shore-fishing (onki) cups and ice-fishing (pilkki) cups. Each year it also runs the rowing-and-trolling (soutu-uistelu) competition and the autumn trolling (syysuistelu) competition. Events are held at lakes and rivers in the area, such as Vilkaharju, Hangatlampi and Lohilahti.
